Paul is a therapist and coach with a heartfelt focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals—particularly those navigating ADHD and Autism. Whether you're a teen discovering your unique wiring or an adult seeking strategies to thrive, Paul creates a space where differences are understood, and strengths are celebrated.
His approach is deeply personalised and non-clinical. Drawing on his lived experience with his AuDHD partner, Paul brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect to every conversation. No two journeys are the same—and he adapts his support to suit the individual, not a diagnosis.
Originally trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy at the Quest Institute, Paul blends practical coaching tools with therapeutic insight to help clients manage:
- Overwhelm and executive function challenges
- Sensory stress and brain-based tension
- Anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional regulation struggles
He also integrates IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) where it supports deeper emotional processing and resilience.
Paul has a particular gift for working with young people and teens—especially those feeling misunderstood, stuck in education systems, or battling self-esteem dips. His fascination with memory, learning and brain health makes it easier for clients to reconnect with their strengths and gain clarity in how they show up in the world.
Whether it's therapy, coaching, or a blend of both, Paul creates empowering pathways for neurodivergent minds to thrive—not just survive.
